Website Designing:

All set-up fees for website design orders must be paid in full before any work is done. EMS designs and rents websites to their customers. Websites may be purchased from EMS if they are designed using a Pro Package ONLY. Actual sale prices for websites will vary depending on specific applications and time spent on the development of the sites.

Monthly charges for websites will either be billed each month, set for recurring bill pay through our PayPal account, or you may choose to pre-pay for any amount of time. Monthly charges for websites are due on the 1st of each month. If a payment is not received by the 15th, your website will be temporary disabled until payment is received. Additionally, a late fee will be added to your next month's bill equivalent to 5% of the late payment that was due. 

If you are unfortunately not satisfied with your completed website, we will discuss how you will be able to take ownership of any domain names, if any, we have registered for you. Domains for The Service Package and The Small Biz Package must be purchased separately from an outside agent such as "Go Daddy.com" in order to be secured as your property. If you do not wish to have your domain secured thru an outside company (for the actual fee that is charged by that company), by EMS or yourself, we will be able to rent your chosen domain to you. This is important in the event that you decide to shut-down your website, if it is The Service Package or The Small Biz Package, you may only take ownership of your domain if we or yourself have purchased it from an outside agent. If you chose to rent your domain for your website from us, in the event that you wish to shut-down your website, you may not be able to aquire your domain again for 1 full year from the time it was origninally registered.

Set-up fees for website designs are non-refundable due to the intellectual nature of the "property" that is constructed. If at any time you chose to have your website indefinitely disabled, any fees that have been paid for that month will be divided by the number of days in that month, and the amount corresponding to "unused days" in that month will be refunded to you. Any other fees that have been prepaid will also be refunded. 

Webmaster Services:

Fees for Webmaster Services are due up front. We will bill you for each month's services, set up a recurring bill pay through our PayPal account, or you may elect to pre-pay for any amount of time. If you will only be using our services to update your site, we will perform your requests, and subsequently be sending out one bill for each month, where all updates included in that month will be charged. We would like to combine updates for each month, rather than bill individually, to help reduce our impact on the environment. Again, if you've chosen to pay us the retainer fee for our Webmaster Services, these fees are due on the 1st of each month with the monthly website fee. If the retainer is not received by the 15th of the month, your site will be restored to the state in which it was before the first of the given month. If charges for updates in a given month are not received by the 15th of the following month, your website will be returned to its state preceding any of the billed updates. Additionally, a late fee will be added to your next month's bill equivalent to 5% of the late payment that was due. 

Print Orders:

All orders must be paid in full before the order is finalized. Because of the custom nature of these products, we will not refund purchases for any reason unless the printed material is defective or misprinted in anyway that differs from the accepted final proof. All printed materials that are deemed defective upon receipt should be sent to us with the original shipping label and individual packing labels. You will be able to choose whether you would like to receive a refund for the defective or misprinted items, or if you would like them to be replaced.

Photos, Graphic Designs and Website Flash Ads*:

Graphic designs and still ads are $25 each. Any images that are "Font Only" are $10 each. Flash Ads for use in a Pro Package Website are $40 each. Any graphic designs or images that are created solely for use in a custom print order will be 50% off! We will use your photos/designs in any website or print product for FREE! If you need us to take photos for you, for use in a website or print product, we charge a small fee of $2.50 per picture USED.
